had gone close at this level on her previous 2 starts and put that right emphatically back up in trip, showing much improved form in running out such a wide-margin winner, an entry in the Group 1 Pretty Polly at the Curragh not looking fanciful at all after this; in touch, loomed up over 2f out, produced to lead soon after, stormed clear under just hand riding; after just 5 career starts it's hard to think there isn't better still to come.

ran to a similar level to last time, some credit in edging the battle for second even if it was well in the winner's wake; chased leaders, shaken up 3f out, took second inside final 1f, plugged on, no match for winner.

proved a let-down, this clearly not her running and better judged on her very promising Epsom reappearance; held up, shaken up entering straight, made no impression.

None of her rivals were at their best, but that's merely academic as My Astra powered her way to a most emphatic success.

MY ASTRA (IRE) had gone close at this level on her previous 2 starts and put that right emphatically back up in trip, showing much improved form in running out such a wide-margin winner, an entry in the Group 1 Pretty Polly at the Curragh not looking fanciful at all after this; in touch, loomed up over 2f out, produced to lead soon after, stormed clear under just hand riding; after just 5 career starts it's hard to think there isn't better still to come.

THE BLUE BRILLIANT (IRE) ran to a similar level to last time, some credit in edging the battle for second even if it was well in the winner's wake; chased leaders, shaken up 3f out, took second inside final 1f, plugged on, no match for winner.

ANGEL POWER failed to come on for recent run; tracked pace, went on around 3f out, headed around 2f out, left behind by winner quickly.

LUISA CASATI (IRE) looked a bit rusty after 7 months off and couldn't make much of an impact back at listed level; in rear, effort 3f out, edged left, plugged on.

MAGNIFICENCE (FR) ran no sort of race, the longer trip part - but not all - of the problem; steadied at the start, patiently ridden, took keen hold, faltered 3f out.
