Looked useful and speedy when winning twice over 5f at Musselburgh last month, particularly impressive when scoring by 7 lengths on debut. Should take a bit of pegging back from the inside stall.

James Garfield colt who showed plenty of ability when runner-up on debut at Thirsk and confirmed those impressions with a smooth success at Musselburgh (5f, good) last Wednesday. There is more to come from him.

Down the field on Bath debut 19 days ago. Trainer no stranger to success in this (including 2024) but she'll need to take a huge step forward to have a say.

Foaled April 17. €30,000 Blackbeard filly. Half-sister to several winners, including 9.5f/10.5f winner Krunch and 1m winner Saccharose, both in France. Yard can ready one so worth a second look in the betting.

Invincible Army filly who offered plenty to work on when third of 9 on 5f Redcar debut (good) 16 days ago. Open to progress but a good chunk of improvement will be required to take this.

Didn't offer enough on her Beverley debut 3 weeks ago to suggest she's likely to play a leading role here.

Back to form with a bang after another breathing operation when resuming winning ways at Chepstow in February. Decent second (in a race he won last year) at Hereford next time so respected.

Responded well to a combination of cheekpieces and an attacking ride when landing the biggest pot of his career at Ascot (19f) in December. Ran at least as well in defeat back there next time and not knocked about once held at Kempton on most recent outing. Can go well back from a break.

Added to an excellent spring record when justifying favouritism in this off same mark 12 months ago. Made an inauspicious start for this yard in the autumn but this is his time of year.

Bold-jumping front runner who made it 5 wins from his last 6 starts in 3-runner handicap over 2m here in September. Found a useful Cheltenham novice too demanding following month and off since but this 4-time course winner should be much more competitive in this. Had breathing operation.

Smart chaser for Willie Mullins who caught the eye starting out for this yard when fourth at Doncaster (2m) in February. Failed to build on that next 2 starts, however, and bit to prove now.

Better than ever when winning at Chepstow in October. Stiff task at Kempton back from a break in March but was a big disappointment at Wincanton following month, a race she won last year.

Opened his account over fences in minor event at Auteuil (2¾m) a year ago but has been badly out of sorts since. Market should reveal expectation starting out for a new yard after a break.

Bumper winner who made the most of a good opportunity when opening his hurdle account in 5-runner maiden at Sedgefield (2½m, good) last month. Has excellent claims of following up.

Fair maiden hurdler in Ireland who matched previous form in first-time cheekpieces (retained here) when third of 13 in 2¾m event at Downpatrick on latest start, clear of rest. Obvious contender in this small-field affair.

Fair stayer on Flat, successful 3 times in 2025. Sold from Paddy Butler's yard for 36,000 gns but was beaten a long way out on his hurdling debut at Newcastle in January. Much more like it with a creditable effort back on the level at Ripon recently.
