Specific terms and conditions relating to Shop transactions
Persons ordering Timeform must be 18 years of age.
Purchases of mail order or telephone subscription services may be made out of existing cash balances. Promotional credit may only be used for online services and downloads. All purchases must be paid for at the time of ordering. If you have insufficient credit you will be asked for your card details before the transaction is completed.
After successfully placing an order the item(s) will appear in your account history and you will receive separate confirmation to your registered email address. If you do not receive this email you are welcome to contact email@example.com to confirm receipt. Please do not repeat the order, as this may result in multiple charges to your account or credit/debit card.
Orders will normally be processed during the next working day. (See the contact page for current opening hours.) Please note that, to avoid delays in the despatch of items (many of which contain dated matter), your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of placing the order rather than at the time of despatch.
If you wish to cancel all or part of an order you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours before the advised posting date of the item(s) involved.
Items containing dated matter are sent by 1st class post within the UK, but next-day delivery is not guaranteed. Please contact us for details of courier charges if you require a guaranteed delivery date.
A contract is not formed until the first item in your order has been despatched. We verify the amount you have been charged as part of our despatch procedures, and if a product's correct price at the time you placed your order is either lower or higher than the one you have been charged we will contact you and invite you to resubmit your order at the correct price.
Where required, the price of airmail postage is included in the charges for items ordered for despatch outside Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Orders which do not include payment for postage will be declined. Please contact us before ordering if you would like details of international courier options.
