continued her excellent season, adding pattern-race lustre to her sales-race pots; held up, effort over 2f out, headway to lead inside final 1f, looked in control after, kept on well, had bit in hand; she's entered in all sorts of races, including the Dewhurst, but the Cheveley Park is the obvious next step.

up in grade, built on debut promise, coming from a similar position to the winner, but not quite so savvy, inexperience catching her out at a crucial stage; held up, travelled well, shaken up 2f out, not quicken ran green over 1f out, hung left, kept on well last ½f; will stay 7f; entitled to improve further.

clearly hadn't done herself justice in the Lowther and wasted no time getting back to form, again ridden positively, just outclassed late on; led first 2f, close up after, led again under 2f out, hung left, headed inside final 1f, one pace.

ran about as well as could have been expected upped in grade, with no depth to her debut form, signs of still needing the experience; slowly into stride, raced off the pace, effort over 2f out, ran green, plugged on, never on terms; may yet do better.

A Group 3 that generally attracts plenty of runners, with typically a mix of the useful and the promising, this year no exception, 7 of the 13 holding a Cheveley Park entry, and the principals look well up to scratch, one with useful form and 3 wins under her belt getting the better of a promising once-raced filly, greater experience to some extent the deciding factor.

HAPPY ROMANCE (IRE) continued her excellent season, adding pattern-race lustre to her sales-race pots; held up, effort over 2f out, headway to lead inside final 1f, looked in control after, kept on well, had bit in hand; she's entered in all sorts of races, including the Dewhurst, but the Cheveley Park is the obvious next step.
