produced a career best to make it 2 wins from 4 starts so far this term; mid-field, travelled well, headway over 3f out, led over 1f out, tackled final 1f, kept going well; this wasn't an especially strong race for the grade and chances are he'll find life that bit tougher next time, including if turned out under a penalty on Friday.

making handicap debut back down in trip, has been handed a stiff-looking mark and ran below form, and she'll need to learn to settle better if she's to pull out any more (was tried in a hood last time); led, raced freely, headed over 1f out, found little.

An open handicap but it's just ordinary form for the grade, the race largely made up of exposed sorts; the gallop was fair.

UNISON (IRE) produced a career best to make it 2 wins from 4 starts so far this term; mid-field, travelled well, headway over 3f out, led over 1f out, tackled final 1f, kept going well; this wasn't an especially strong race for the grade and chances are he'll find life that bit tougher next time, including if turned out under a penalty on Friday.

KHEE SOCIETY racing from just out of handicap, produced just about his best effort to date, needing no excuses; waited with, smooth headway 2f out, every chance final 1f, kept on; should remain competitive.

SET THE TREND wasn't disgraced, his last couple of efforts a fairly good barometer as to where he's at these days; mid-field, effort over 1f out, one paced, no match for principals.

PRAIRIE ROSE (GER) making handicap debut back down in trip, has been handed a stiff-looking mark and ran below form, and she'll need to learn to settle better if she's to pull out any more (was tried in a hood last time); led, raced freely, headed over 1f out, found little.

SWIFT CEDAR (IRE) attracted support but ran below form, no real excuse on this occasion back down in trip; prominent, shaken up over 2f out, weakened approaching final 1f.

TENBRIDGE who was 5 lb out of the handicap, found brief run of good form coming to a halt away from Chepstow; tracked pace, pushed along over 3f out, made little impression.

SPACE WALKER (IRE) back on turf, fared little better than last time; raced off the pace, off the bridle before most, never a threat.

EURATO (FR) on first outing since leaving Alan Jones, continues to show little; in rear, went with little fluency, always behind.

CRYSTAL LAKE (IRE) clearly wasn't 100% on the day; prominent, ridden over 3f out, lost place, eased.
