is in top form at present and completed a course hat-trick from a still-fair mark under what are clearly optimum conditions; made running, travelled well, pressed on 4 out, in control when clouted 2 out, kept going well; future prospects depend on handicapper, but likely to remain competitive in similarly modest events upcoming.

All 7 ran. Fences: 11.

Winning Owner: Mr Hywel Evans

Time: 7m 37.1s

Overrounds: Industry SP 111%, Betfair SP 99.2%

Low-grade stuff and a steady pace combined with 8 omitted fences made for a muddling race overall, though at least in-form horses came to the fore, no doubting the winner's superiority.

TOM BACH (IRE) is in top form at present and completed a course hat-trick from a still-fair mark under what are clearly optimum conditions; made running, travelled well, pressed on 4 out, in control when clouted 2 out, kept going well; future prospects depend on handicapper, but likely to remain competitive in similarly modest events upcoming.

THE LAST BRIDGE ran well in first-time cheekpieces back over fences, albeit making hard work of it; handy, off the bridle long way out, chased leader straight, plodded on.

ACCORDINGTOPALM (IRE) is edging down to a more realistic mark and hinted at a revival; raced wide, dropped out, headway home turn, chased leader 2 out, weakened last, probably not ideally suited by the longer trip.

JUMP UP without the headgear this time, again ran below form; mid-field, ridden seventh, weakened 3 out.

NIGHT SAFE (IRE) wasn't in same form as last time; disputed lead, chased leaders from sixth, weakened before 2 out.

SCUDERIA (IRE) upped in trip, back in tongue strap, went wrong way from chasing debut; mid-division, lost place when not fluent seventh, beaten 3 out.

MATERIAL BOY back in headgear, fared no better; disputed lead, pushed along 3 out, soon done with, behind when fell last.
