back up in trip, followed up from last time to make it 2-2 since joining this yard; tracked pace, travelled well, had to wait for gap 2f out, chased leader approaching final 1f, stayed on to lead close home; will still figure on a fair mark once reassessed and will remain of plenty of interest.

continues in really good form, admittedly granted the run of the race but deserving of credit for his consistency, proving at least as good as ever; broke well, led, kicked on 2f out, kept on well, collared close home.

backed at long odds, took step back in right direction having been shown some leniency by the handicapper, coming from further back than the pair that beat him and didn't enjoy the clearest of runs; in rear, took keen hold, had to wait for gap over 2f out, chased leaders approaching final 1f, kept on, never landed a blow; now 3 lb below last winning mark so is one to bear in mind.

without the headgear this time, shaped as if back in form; held up, travelled fluently, going well when short of room and shuffled back from 2f out, stayed on final 1f but damage had already been done; looks on a fair mark and is one to be interested in.

wasted no time getting back to form, getting a clearer run at it than some, his mark more the issue, just averagely treated after a couple of wins in the spring; held up, good headway over 2f out, ridden over 1f out, edged left, one paced.

A fairly useful handicap, the pair that battled out the finish both arriving in good nick, Gworn well treated on past exploits, but the form in behind has a messy feel, the pace only modest with several meeting trouble in-running.
