Now you can watch all past performances as part of your form study

Whether you’ve purchased a one-day Race Pass or you’re playing smarter every day with a Race Passes subscription, you’ll have exclusive access to the very best of our renowned form features – and from summer 2021, that will include video replays of every UK and Irish race.

So from now on, whilst you’ll never have to watch a whole race back to get an accurate, impartial reading of every runner’s performance – our industry-leading race reports can take care of that for you instantly – you’ll always have the option. Race replays are available from around half an hour after the result.

How to watch a race replay

There are two occasions on which you’ll be able to watch a race back at timeform.com: when you want to catch up on a result, and when you’re browsing form for an upcoming race.

• From the results section at timeform.com, find the date you’re looking for, click through to the race you want to watch back, and simply tap the blue Race Replay icon to the top right of the results page. You’ll find the replay itself at the foot of the page, in its own tab next to our race Report
• To watch back a horse’s previous performances while studying form, make sure you’ve ticked ‘Recent Form’ at the top of a racecard, which will reveal data for each horse’s five previous performances. Next to the ‘Date’ column, with the dates of previous runs in blue text, you’ll see a replay icon. Tap the icon to go back to that day’s result and watch back the race

What else do I need to know?

Again, you can only watch race replays with Timeform Race Passes. Once you purchase a Race Pass or subscribe, you will be able to watch unlimited replays. To buy a Race Pass (starting at just £10 and learn more about what’s included, visit the Race Passes section at timeform.com.

What’s more?

This being a new development for our site, we’ve plans to expand functionality as soon as possible, to help you enjoy race replays in more key places on our site.

These include our individual horse, trainer and jockey profiles and potentially a replays hub, where you’ll be able to watch back without knowing any results in advance. We also aim to add replays to places where we’ve flagged up races of particular note regarding future betting potential – namely our Hot Races, Warning Horse and Horse In Focus pages.
