How to migrate your old account

Account migration step-by-step

It's straightforward to transfer your old account to our new website, and the process only needs to be completed once.

1. Go to the account migration page.
2. Enter the login and password you used on the old site and click the submit button.
3. This takes you to a page where you can check your personal details. It's important these are correct, especially your email address as this is used for account activation and password reset requests. Once you're happy with the information, click the submit button.
4. Now look out for an email with your account activation link. You will not be able to login until you have clicked the link in the activation email.
5. Once you have activated your account your old login name is redundant. In future, login using your email address and your usual password.
