is improving all the time and completed a hat-trick on first start since leaving Eugene M. O'Sullivan, deeply impressive that he was able to overcome a completely different kind of test stepped up in grade, even if it was only just; handy, took closer order 2 out, driven last, stayed on to lead dying strides; he'll warrant respect pretty much wherever he goes next, few better yards than this one when it comes to finding winning opportunities.

coped well with the step up in grade on just his second start over hurdles, his form verging on smart already; chased leader, jumped well, led second, joined soon after 2 out, shaken up last, edged out on line; open to still more improvement.

fairly useful in bumpers, showed plenty to work on in the face of a stiff task on hurdling bow; raced off the pace, pushed along leaving 3 out, kept on, not unduly punished; will improve.

Decidedly useful efforts from the pair that pulled clear in this graded novice, one that had been doing his winning over further wearing down the long-time leader.
