came out on top, making her fitness edge tell but probably an improved performer this year, too; in touch, went with zest, challenged from 2f out, asserted inside final 100 yds, stayed on well; she's now won at listed and Group 3 level but it'll take more progress to make an impact back in a higher grade.

an improver in this headgear last summer (last seen winning a Group 3 in August), shaped as if retaining all ability conceding weight all round after 7 months off, lack of match practice arguably the difference between winning and losing; in touch, travelled well, challenged 2f out, led over 1f out, collared well inside final 1f.

a listed winner over 1¼m on her final 3-y-o start, ran creditably on first outing since leaving Joseph G. Murphy after 5 months off (sold 280,000 gns) and is no forlorn hope to improve a bit more this time round; in touch, travelled well, every chance entering final 1f, one paced.

last seen making all in a 9f maiden at the Curragh, excelled herself under different tactics up in grade after 6 months off, never a threat but sticking at it as though she'll benefit from going back up in trip; raced off the pace, headway under pressure from 2f out, finished well.

ran respectably after 6 months, having more to find on form than her place in the market suggested; led until 2f out, faded final 1f; there's a bit of stamina in her pedigree and she's likely to stay 1¼m.

Just useful form in this Group 3 and the finish was dominated by fillies with form in the book rather than improvers, with the race-fit winner edging out the favourite late on; the pace was fair and the principals came from mid-field.

CZABO came out on top, making her fitness edge tell but probably an improved performer this year, too; in touch, went with zest, challenged from 2f out, asserted inside final 100 yds, stayed on well; she's now won at listed and Group 3 level but it'll take more progress to make an impact back in a higher grade.
