has suddenly found her niche as a staying chaser and, fitter for last month's comeback spin over hurdles, registered a fourth Ludlow win thanks to another strong-travelling performance from the rear, still having plenty to do early on the final circuit but improving into third leaving the back straight, then produced to lead between soon after 3 out and easily drawing clear despite a clumsy leap 2 out (fluent otherwise); this represents a career-best effort but it's easy to pick holes in some of those in her wake and, as a result, she could go up further in the weights than is warranted.

hinted at a revival in first-time cheekpieces, though recent evidence suggests he isn't sure to build on this; chased leader, challenged early in straight, faded from 3 out.
