back over fences, got off the mark for the season, no jumping concerns over these easy fences and, in truth, in a fairly thin handicap by 0-130 standards; in touch, led 4 out, ridden out.

confirmed the form he'd shown at Market Rasen, just seeming anchored by a 9 lb rise more than anything; held up, slow second, took closer order approaching straight, chased leader approaching 2 out, one paced.

wasn't disgraced in first-time blinkers, though he did have every chance and his lack of finishing speed was very much in evidence, worth trying ridden more forcefully; mid-field, shaken up approaching 4 out, merely plugged on.

Not much of a handicap by 0-130 standards in all probability, most about right in the weights and a few quite obviously not at their best, anyway.
