got back on the up, continuing his excellent run of form since joining his current yard, this a fourth win of the campaign from just 6 starts; chased leaders, led over 1f out, hung left inside final 1f, ridden out; will continue to give a good account.

found it easier dropped in grade, his first time in this sort of company for the first time in over 2 years, things hardly going his way either; blindfold removed late, held up, headway from 3f out, hampered by winner inside final 1f, forced to switch, ran on.

produced a rare poor effort, the sort that horses from this yard are prone to every now and again; raced wide, off the pace, beaten soon after halfway.

Time: 1m 34.24s Closing Sectional: (3f): 39.3s (96.7%)

Overrounds: Industry SP 118%, Betfair SP 101.6%

A fairly useful handicap run at asound pace with the first 4 finishing clear, a previous course winner this year getting back on the up to hold off one who has fallen in the weights; most of the field came towards the stand side in the straight, Ugo Gregory the exception.

ON THE RIVER got back on the up, continuing his excellent run of form since joining his current yard, this a fourth win of the campaign from just 6 starts; chased leaders, led over 1f out, hung left inside final 1f, ridden out; will continue to give a good account.

RING OF GOLD was easy to back returning from 3 months off for a rare turf appearance but ran creditably; raced off the pace, pushed along over 2f out, edged left inside final 1f, kept on.

MAKEEN wasted no time getting back on track returned to turf, for all he couldn't confirm the impression that he'd been unlucky at Newmarket; dwelt, held up, shaken up over 2f out, one paced.

UGO GREGORY wasn't in the same form as last time, though excuses aren't hard to come by, back up in grade, doing plenty in front and also keeping further to the far side than the rest; led, took strong hold, headed over 1f out, weakened.

CORI GLORY (IRE) underperformed without an obvious excuse; mid-field, pushed along 3f out, weakened 1f out, eased off.

GARNER ran poorly facing an even stiffer test of stamina; chased leader, pushed along over 3f out, weakened over 1f out.

IN THESE SHOES (IRE) produced a rare poor effort, the sort that horses from this yard are prone to every now and again; raced wide, off the pace, beaten soon after halfway.
