The six-year-old won a pair of valuable seven-furlong handicaps at the track in 2016, and showed that he had the ability to mix it with the very best around last season, finishing fourth in the Diamond Jubilee before going on to win the Champions Sprint Stakes over the same C&D.
That win represented a first Group 1 victory for his trainer Dean Ivory and, though absent since disappointing on his reappearance in Dubai, Ivory is happy with how the horse has been at home and optimistic that his charge can provide him with further success at the highest level in this year's Diamond Jubilee.

"We are going to the Diamond Jubilee and we will see where we go from there," Ivory confirmed.
"It is not long until Ascot now and everything seems good at home.
"He is a very serious horse. Winning the Champions Sprint was one of best days I've ever had.
"Having finished second in the July Cup twice with Tropics, to me that was like winning a Group One, so his (Librisa Breeze's) victory at Ascot in some ways felt like my second one."
