The final race (18.19) at Romford can go the way of T3 Droopys Wispa who is trained by top track handler Paul Young. The selection is a former top grader who is plying her trade at a slightly lower level here, but five top-two finishes in her last six races suggest she is not far off her best and so long as she avoids a bumping match with the blue inside her on the run to the first bend, victory number 13 at the London venue awaits.

War Anthem (Trap 4) - 19.38 Harlow 

Nina Shine is one of the leading trainers at Harlow and her War Anthem looks a decent bet in the 19.38. This sprint looks between the outside three traps and though the selection misses the break occasionally, when he does hit the lids he is more than good enough to win this race – an easier one than he has been contesting of late – with some readiness.

Pity Me Lucy (Trap 6) - 20.13 Sunderland 

The 20.13 at Sunderland looks a decent opportunity for T6 Pity Me Lucy to get back to winning ways. The last time Shirley Linley’s bitch finished in front was the last time she ran in A3 company which is the grade she is back in today. Her starting prices in her four efforts in A2 since that win have suggested she has been up against it, but twice she nearly managed to get her in front and she will be difficult to catch with a swift break here.
