We provide selections from three different venues on Tuesday.
SUPREME KRUG (Trap 5) in the 14:22 at Monmore
SUPREME KRUG only returned from injury last month and, in truth didn’t shape at all badly when third on his first competitive start back over the 480-metre trip last week. A slick breaker he rates the type to steal an early march out wide and given he’s entitled to strip fitter once more, a big effort from the front is likely on the cards.
KOWLOON PRICEY (Trap 2) in the 18:55 at Sheffield
KOWLOON PRICEY is still in the infancy of his career, and he made a bright start when landing each of his first two starts over the standard 500-metre trip at Sheffield. He met with defeat latest (on account of crowding) but crucially, he has continued to improve on the sectional clock and in a contest lacking depth and with claims of grabbing a handy pitch around the first two bends, all looks set fair for a bold showing.
ARTEMIS (Trap 6) in the 20:51 at Poole
Over at Poole, one hound that looks particularly well-housed is ARTEMIS and she is fancied to resume winning ways at A1 level. With a host in opposition seemingly wanting an inside berth, the daughter of Tullymurry Act promises to have plenty of racing room and, with a slick break in her locker, all these factors point to a big run.
