Blue Trooper (Trap 1) - 12.33 Belle Vue

BLUE TROOPER (T1) was a regular on the Open circuit early in his career, successfully mixing two and four bends. He’s missed most of the summer, but stripped fitter with his comeback run behind him when second here last week, and he’s fancied to make all in the A2 at Belle Vue (12.33).

Patontheback (Trap 6) - 18.37 Poole

Later at Poole, PATONTHEBACK (T6) doubled his career tally in A2 company on his penultimate start and didn’t do a lot wrong when second in A1 class last week. As the sole wide-seed he should have plenty of space to open up and is a very appealing candidate in the 18:37 affair.

Millies Me Mummy (Trap 6) - 19.46 Poole

MILLIES ME MUMMY (T6) gained reward for a series of solid efforts when dead-heating in A7 company last week. She’s raised one grade on the back of that, but the 19.46 contest doesn’t look the strongest heat on paper, and he clearly arrives in good nick.
