Seizing an early lead out wide is a distinct possibility for John Sharp’s runner this afternoon and he could be ready to add another C&D success to his CV.

ELSIES SUPREME is on a losing run stretching back to February, but the August 19’ whelp has largely proved to be a model of consistency, finishing to very good effect to be beaten three quarters of a length on her penultimate start. Her latest run is easily overlooked (received an early bump) and, now eased a peg on the graded ladder, Jamie Smith’s charge can capitalize.
