Following a short spell on the sidelines, INCA GERRY has returned a much-improved model, registering back-to-back victories and then losing little caste in defeat in both starts since. Boasting excellent early pace, he’s open to more progress than most here on the back of just six career starts and all looks set fair for another bold showing in the striped jacket this afternoon.

WEE BIG MAC (Trap 3) - 19:58 Yarmouth

An October 21’ youngster, WEE BIG MAC displayed early pace in his trials and he again showed plenty of early dash when runner-up on his competitive debut in this class of A6 last week, reeled in late only by a class-dropper. Entitled to strengthen up as he gains experience, the son of Pestana should soon be blazing a trail on the front end in this field and, with any scrimmaging in behind likely to aid his cause, he’s expected to make a bold bid.

LEIGHAS DREAM (Trap 5) - 21:11 Nottingham

There could be a spot of value here in the shape of LEIGHAS DREAM. Not at her best following a slow start on her travels at Towcester, she was quickly back on the up when registering another C&D A1 success latest, soon in command off the second bend. A strong runner at the trip, she’s expected to be front rank again from lid rise and could well prove tough to crack with a clear run.
