Having made his third start at Sheffield a winning one at the beginning of the month, Perfecto Star (T2) has come up just short both starts since, latterly in a two-bend contest a week ago. There’s early pace on his outside here but he possesses the speed to mix it at the first bend and it would come as no surprise were he to rate higher.

Dynamo Lee (Trap 4) - 20:59 Sheffield

Dynamo Lee (T4) has just the one win to her name but it’s slightly surprising to see her back in A7 company having not been beaten far in an A6 last week (albeit that was a messy race and an ordinary time). A repeat of the level she ran to the time before will ensure she is right on the premises here.

Sharpys Pandora (Trap 3) - 21:33 Sheffield

Sharpys Pandora (T3) hasn’t been trapping with her usual zest of late but this is an easier A3 than the race she tackled last week and, in this five-runner field, a clear run is hopefully on the cards. She possesses the form in the book to regain the winning thread.
