CLAUDIUS MAXIMUS had to settle for a share of the spoils last week but he showed a fine attitude to match his rival on the line and looks set for more glory now he's back in the winning groove. This race is perhaps not as competitive and he is fancied to follow up last week's victory.

SHERIFF BONUS was well backed last week but he was unable to reel in one who has found her feet at Central Park. It was still a respectable return to action however, and he's taken to build on it with a second sprint win, having made all in a good D3 in July.

ROLEX MICK looks well placed for more success in this A1. He didn't last long in the Guys And Dolls competition at Romford but continues to see off all before him at Central Park, clocking an impressive time when making all for a third straight win in Kent a week ago.
