A smart field for this valuable handicap, though many of the runners have been high achievers already, the top weight a pattern winner last time, and the majority are weighted up to the hilt as a result, it perhaps no coincidence that the first 2 were 4-y-os, the winner improving a bit even on the pick of last season's form, whilst the runner-up is in only his second campaign; I'm So Lucky was able to dictate once Public Forum was reined back a little at halfway, kicking off the turn, though the pace was still sound enough to force most drawn low quite wide and for the third and fourth to come from a fair way back.
