The three-year-old, who won the Queen Mary Stakes at the Royal Meeting last year, could only finish sixth at Haydock, but her connections are hopeful that she will strip fitter for her reappearance run.
Sam Hoskins, racing manager for owners Hot To Trot Racing, said: “We’re still heading towards the Commonwealth Cup.
“She lost quite a bit of weight after Haydock and Clive thinks she might just have needed the race more than he felt she did initially.
“Hopefully she’s worth her place in the field but she’s got a lot to prove now but Clive was positive about her work before Haydock and the pressure will be off now."

“On quick ground, back on a track she’s won at and with Adam Kirby back on board, hopefully she’ll have a chance.
“She was beaten too far out at Haydock to simply say she didn’t stay, perhaps she over-raced early and that contributed to it.
“Obviously we can drop back in trip if it’s obvious after Ascot she doesn’t stay, but Clive is hopeful she’ll get it.”
Sioux Nation is the current 5/1 favourite for this month’s Commonwealth Cup. Sands of Mali and Invincible Army, who finished first and second respectively in the Sandy Lane Stakes, are both 8/1, whilst Heartache is a 16/1 shot.
