Aidan O’Brien’s charge won three Group 1 races last season but has disappointed in both the 2000 Guineas and the Irish equivalent this campaign. He will now drop to sprint trips and could be joined in this race by stablemates Washington DC and Waterloo Bridge.
Ante-post favourite Quiet Reflection stands her ground at the six-day stage, having leapt to the head of the betting with a comprehensive win at Haydock last month.
Joining Karl Burke’s filly in the line-up could be the Wesley Ward-trained Acapulco, who also has an entry in the King’s Stand Stakes on Tuesday, and the French duo Cheikeljack and Money Maker.
Other interesting entries in the 18-strong list include Richard Hannon’s Log Out Island, Free Handicap winner Ibn Malik and Hugo Palmer’s Gifted Master.
