Smart Stat: 24% - Roger Varian's strike rate at LINGFIELD PARK since the start of the 2018 season
Greatgadian can boast an unbeaten record on an artificial surface and looks potentially well treated back on his return to all-weather. He didn't run badly on his final start over a mile at Ascot, but based on his winning effort at Chelmsford earlier in the year, he appears a much better horse on the all-weather and should also relish this return to a mile and a quarter. He is drawn well and this should be run to suit, so a big run is expected.

Tephi remains a maiden but it is hard to knock her consistency, running up to her best when once more finishing runner-up returned to all-weather at Wolverhampton last time, but just getting going too late in the day. She will appreciate the return to six furlongs on that evidence and she proved herself on a workable mark on what was her handicap debut. Tephi is 2 lb higher now and is expected to be bang there once more.
Smart Stat: 36% - Charlie Appleby's strike rate at KEMPTON PARK since the start of the 2018 season
Siskany has a penalty to carry here, but he has the best form on offer and is expected to resume winning ways after running respectably in a Group 1 in Germany last time on heavy ground. He was turned over at odds-on by Garden Paradise in this race 12 months ago, but he clearly wasn't at his best that day, and he represents a yard that have an excellent record at this track.
