The Great Heir has found just one too good in each of his last three outings over this course and distance, including when beaten a half-length here last month. Admittedly, he was seen to good advantage on that occasion, managing to avoid the traffic issues similarly-placed rivals encountered on the opposite flank, but he kept on well under apprentice jockey Oisin McSweeney and posted a really good closing sectional. He is yet to run a bad race at this venue and this looks a good opportunity for him to belatedly regain the winning thread.
