Prydwen showed improved form to make a winning handicap debut at Yarmouth last season, scoring with more in hand than the half-length margin would suggest, and he also got the job done in ready fashion on his reappearance at Lingfield last month. A third comfortable success was achieved at Wolverhampton last time, highlighting Prydwen's status as an improving horse ahead of his mark, and an 8 lb rise in the weights is unlikely to stop him.

Search For A Song proved her effectiveness on the Knavesmire when winning a mile and a half listed race at the 2019 Ebor meeting, and she then showed her stamina when landing the Irish St Leger over this mile-and-three-quarter trip at the Curragh the following month. Search For A Song also won the Irish St Leger in 2020, and while she was unable to complete the hat-trick last season she did prove as good as ever when bolting up in the Loughbrown Stakes by nine and a half lengths. That performance marks her out as the one to beat on these terms - she receives 6 lb from Stradivarius who doesn't look the force of old - and she should be spot on for this after finishing an encouraging second on her return in the Vintage Crop Stakes at Navan last month.
