easy to back despite shaping very well on her return, overcame the rise in class taking on older horses for the first time, fortunate to do so given the run that Lady of Andros had but she's nevertheless a 3-y-o going places; mid-field, headway under pressure under 2f out, led approaching last ½f, closed down near line, just held on; she's still a useful prospect in the making.

is improving all the time and was unlucky not to win, coming in for a ride which saw her played much later than at Chester but finding herself caught in a pocket for too long to grab the spoils; waited with, going well when denied a run 2f out, headway when switched approaching final 1f, ran on, just failed; will remain of plenty of interest.

went close on her return as a 3-y-o and gave her all back in a handicap on first outing since leaving Michael Bell after 7 months off (also had a breathing operation); in touch, led over 1f out, headed approaching last ½f, not quicken final 50 yds.

who won on this card as a 2-y-o, is interesting from this sort of mark and stepped up plenty on reappearance run, a return to a sharp 5f likely to suit considering how she went through this, just about last off the bridle; led, went with zest, headed over 1f out, no extra last ½f; it remains early days since joining a yard which excel with this type.

whose Yarmouth success had been franked by the runner-up, shaped much better than the distance beaten suggests switched to a handicap and taking on her elders, forced to revert to patient tactics following a tardy start but really taking the eye with how she got into contention on the opposite wing to where this developed before not seeing it out, stopping as if something was possibly amiss; raced off the pace, smooth headway under 3f out, shaken up 2f out, folded entering final 1f, eased off; remains capable of better.

A competitive affair that contained a plethora of 3-y-os and it developed on the near wing, a pair from that age category who were drawn high leading them home, the fast-finishing runner-up unlucky, whilst the 2 from the lowest stalls also shaped better than the result.

EASY PEELER easy to back despite shaping very well on her return, overcame the rise in class taking on older horses for the first time, fortunate to do so given the run that Lady of Andros had but she's nevertheless a 3-y-o going places; mid-field, headway under pressure under 2f out, led approaching last ½f, closed down near line, just held on; she's still a useful prospect in the making.
