was faced with a straightforward task as it turned out and didn't need to improve to regain the winning thread with the minimum of fuss, taking her record over this C&D to 4 from 4; chased leader, shaken up entering straight, led over 1f out, kept going well; has already enjoyed a most productive winter and remains with the potential to progress further when the occasion demands it.

had a bit on at the weights (4 lb out of the handicap) but arrived in reasonable form and ran as well as could be expected sporting first-time cheekpieces; raced in third, shaken up 2f out, edged left 1f out, ran on, no impression on winner.

failed to meet expectations and it's slightly concerning that she fluffed her lines at the start for the second time in a row; dived right leaving stalls, in rear, headway 3f out, not quicken straight.

A particularly uncompetitive race for the level, 2 of the quartet out of the weights and Isola Rossa not bringing her A-game, all of which resulted in a straightforward success for the odds-on favourite; the gallop was fair at best and the field raced in single file until 3f out.

UMM HURAIR (IRE) was faced with a straightforward task as it turned out and didn't need to improve to regain the winning thread with the minimum of fuss, taking her record over this C&D to 4 from 4; chased leader, shaken up entering straight, led over 1f out, kept going well; has already enjoyed a most productive winter and remains with the potential to progress further when the occasion demands it.

ISOLA ROSSA failed to meet expectations and it's slightly concerning that she fluffed her lines at the start for the second time in a row; dived right leaving stalls, in rear, headway 3f out, not quicken straight.
