looked to have plenty on in this grade but made the most of her prominent placing to end a losing streak that dated back to almost a year; prominent, took strong hold, quickened to lead under 2f out, edged right around 1f out, driven out, well positioned; one to take on next time given her record/how this worked out.

shaped encouragingly after 4 months off, doing just about all that could be expected from a less-than-ideal position; in touch, driven early in straight, had to wait for gap over 1f out, kept on.

found progress coming to a halt after 9 weeks off, though met with unfavourable circumstances on the day and her good previous work is what to focus on for the time being; held up in touch, raced freely, driven 2f out, every chance over 1f out, effort flattened out, left poorly placed; she should make amends before long.

who had plenty on at the weights, was soon passed by her rivals once they really got racing and would have been beaten further but for having the run of things; dictated, driven 2f out, headed soon after, soon beaten.

Just 4 runners and a tactical affair made for what looks to be muddling form, with the pair that looked to have it between them on adjusted ratings left poorly placed.

SUMMER ICON looked to have plenty on in this grade but made the most of her prominent placing to end a losing streak that dated back to almost a year; prominent, took strong hold, quickened to lead under 2f out, edged right around 1f out, driven out, well positioned; one to take on next time given her record/how this worked out.
