All 7 ran.

Winning Owner: Elsa Crankshaw & G. Allan

Time: 3m 37.63s

Overrounds: Industry SP 121%, Betfair SP 99.7%

A fairly useful handicap if not the strongest of contests for the grade, the top weight rated 8 lb below the ceiling; it was run at just a fair gallop, the winner ideally positioned as the long-time leader dropped away, though he was without question the best horse on the day.

ENTIHAA returned to form, ridden more prominently than of late and proving better than ever to make a winning all-weather debut; chased leader, travelled best, quickened to lead 2f out, kept going well, well ridden; should continue to give a good account if kept on the go this winter.

COUSIN KHEE again ran creditably and is holding his form well at present, though was inclined to hang in behind the winner close home; mid-division, not settle fully, ridden approaching 3f out, chased leader over 1f out, hung left final 1f, kept on.

MISTER BOB (GER) shaped as if still in good form, finding himself left with a lot to do when the winner went for home; held up, pushed along 3f out, never a threat.

UNCLE BERNIE (IRE) has done his winning at a lower level and is best not judged too harshly on this, things not really panning out for him under a 6 lb penalty; in rear, travelled better than most, some headway out wide 2f out, effort flattened out.
