proved better than ever, just having taken a couple of runs to find her form this summer, clearly fully effective on turf after all; held up, headway over 2f out, led 1f out, kept on, ridden out; she should continue to run well now she's found her form.

in first-time hood, turned in easily her best effort of the season, until Friday week to take advantage of this lenient mark before she's reassessed for this; waited with, travelled well, effort 2f out, led briefly over 1f out, kept on.

stepped up on her reappearance run and showed enough to think she'll be back near her best with this under her belt, on a good mark if she is and from a stable enjoying a fine season; broke well, soon steadied, tracked pace, shaken up over 2f out, keeping on when hampered approaching final 1f, not quicken after.

ran respectably after just 6 days off, this slightly more competitive than the race last time; led until approaching halfway, remained prominent, ridden 2f out, weakened final 1f.

strong in the betting, having run well in a much strong race last time, just wasn't in the same form, rather flat under a more patient ride in first-time hood, no surprise if the headgear is dispensed with; held up, headway over 2f out, hung left approaching final 1f, not quicken.

in first-time cheekpieces after 7 weeks off, took a step forward, albeit a small one, under a more attacking ride; pressed leader, went on before halfway, ridden after, headed over 1f out, hung left, weakened.

was below form on first outing since leaving Peter Charalambous after 10 weeks off, though she was trying 6f for the first time and was very considerately handled once it was clear she wasn't going to get involved; held up, not settle fully, shaken up over 2f out, not quicken and hung left, heavily eased inside final 1f; she has a less than encouraging profile, but it would be no surprise were her new stable to find the key to her, eligible for a lower grade too.

All 7 ran.

Winning Owner: Mr B. W. Neill

Time: 1m 10.86s Closing Sectional: (3.38f): 38.05s (104.0%)

With the favourite not at her best, this probably didn't take a lot of winning, plenty of the rest on slipping marks, but the winner had been progressive early in the year and may just have taken time to hit form again, while the second and third are both well treated on last year's form.

ALWAYS A DRAMA (IRE) proved better than ever, just having taken a couple of runs to find her form this summer, clearly fully effective on turf after all; held up, headway over 2f out, led 1f out, kept on, ridden out; she should continue to run well now she's found her form.

ZAIN HANA in first-time hood, turned in easily her best effort of the season, until Friday week to take advantage of this lenient mark before she's reassessed for this; waited with, travelled well, effort 2f out, led briefly over 1f out, kept on.

SWEET PURSUIT stepped up on her reappearance run and showed enough to think she'll be back near her best with this under her belt, on a good mark if she is and from a stable enjoying a fine season; broke well, soon steadied, tracked pace, shaken up over 2f out, keeping on when hampered approaching final 1f, not quicken after.

MORE THAN LIKELY ran respectably after just 6 days off, this slightly more competitive than the race last time; led until approaching halfway, remained prominent, ridden 2f out, weakened final 1f.
