rather lost his way towards the end of the summer but appeared to benefiit from a 4-month break and returned to form, possibly advtantaged by racing closest to the stand-side rail; prominent, led over 1f out, edged right, kept on; he usually holds his form for a couple of runs, so there's no reason why he shouldn't go well again.

wasn't seen to best effect and would likely have got closer to the front pair with a better run, though he is the type who needs things to drop right and his losing run stretches back to summer 2023; in rear, ridden 2f out, not clear run over 1f out, stayed on final 1f.

has been a revelation of late but found run of good form coming to a halt in a change of headgear (first-time visor replacing usual cheekpieces); in touch, switched under 2f out, every chance soon after, no extra final 1f.
