is rather one dimensional, but his forcing tactics are usually seen to good effect over this C&D and he resumed winning ways without having to improve; led, shaken up from halfway, joined 1f out, led again close home, responded well; he'll always be that bit more interesting here than elsewhere, but opportunities are likely to be limited.

was turned out again quickly and wasted no time getting back to form, this as good as he has produced all winter; never far away, ridden from halfway, challenged 1f out, edged out close home.

shaped similarly to last time when also finishing behind Ornate, lacking the speed to go with that rival; close up, ridden from halfway, not quicken.

was below form but is best not judged on this run, this his first start on fibresand and a little out of his grade too; chased leader, ridden before halfway, weakened inside final 1f.

again ran poorly; prominent, struggling from halfway, left behind over 1f out; will be better off back in 0-75s.

A straightforward race to assess with a couple of C&D winners coming clear with their 3 rivals in behind below par.

ORNATE is rather one dimensional, but his forcing tactics are usually seen to good effect over this C&D and he resumed winning ways without having to improve; led, shaken up from halfway, joined 1f out, led again close home, responded well; he'll always be that bit more interesting here than elsewhere, but opportunities are likely to be limited.

THEGREATESTSHOWMAN was turned out again quickly and wasted no time getting back to form, this as good as he has produced all winter; never far away, ridden from halfway, challenged 1f out, edged out close home.

TAWNY PORT shaped similarly to last time when also finishing behind Ornate, lacking the speed to go with that rival; close up, ridden from halfway, not quicken.

DIAMOND DOUGAL (IRE) was below form but is best not judged on this run, this his first start on fibresand and a little out of his grade too; chased leader, ridden before halfway, weakened inside final 1f.

GIOGIOBBO again ran poorly; prominent, struggling from halfway, left behind over 1f out; will be better off back in 0-75s.
