proved better than ever to come out on top on just his second start for this stable, a first-time tongue strap maybe making a difference, though the margin of victory surely owed something to some weak opposition; quickly away, led, pushed along after 3 out, drew clear before next, not fluent there, kept going well; will be worth turning out under a penalty, as mark looks sure to suffer and most handicaps at this level are going to take more winning.

amateur ridden, ran respectably back over hurdles, not that he had any obvious excuses; mid-division, travelled well, in touch before 3 out, shaken up home turn, no further impression.

has work to do from this mark on the face of things but still disappointed making her handicap debut, her finishing effort tame; chased leader, travelled fluently, shaken up approaching home turn, found nothing.

seemingly continues out of sorts but again didn't have much of a race with blinkers left off, taken wide, always behind and not given a hard time.

Non Runners: UN GUET APENS (FR), KALIMANTAN (IRE). Hurdles: 8.

Winning Owner: Mr And Mrs Paul Chapman

Time: 4m 23.3s

Overrounds: Industry SP 111%, Betfair SP 99.1%

The all-the-way winner did everything right, soon stringing the field out at a sound gallop, though he hadn't been exactly threatening a wide-margin win and his apparent marked improvement surely owed something to the limitations of others, a relatively low view of the form probably the way to go for now.

JUST CAMERON proved better than ever to come out on top on just his second start for this stable, a first-time tongue strap maybe making a difference, though the margin of victory surely owed something to some weak opposition; quickly away, led, pushed along after 3 out, drew clear before next, not fluent there, kept going well; will be worth turning out under a penalty, as mark looks sure to suffer and most handicaps at this level are going to take more winning.
