whose last run is easily excused, put up a borderline useful effort to come out on top, seeing out the extra 1f really strongly; mid-division, headway 2f out, stayed on to lead final 50 yds; she'll need to improve again to figure in pattern company but has further potential.

improved up in trip and grade less than 3 weeks on from her debut, clearly at home at this level and perhaps having more still to offer, with 1m unlikely to pose her any problem judged on pedigree and run style; held up, headway from 2f out, every chance final 50 yds, stayed on.

had no problem with the longer trip and ran at least as well as previously, likely to have finished a little more than a length closer but for being squeezed out late on; mid-division, challenged 2f out, every chance entering final 1f, held when snatched up final 50 yds.

on first outing since leaving Mrs J. Harrington, seemed suited by the longer trip and shaped better than the bare result, in-running trouble meaning she was never able to open up fully; dropped out, took keen hold, headway when not clear run 2f out, denied a run entering final 1f, ran on; she's joined another good yard and may do better still.

A useful standard in this listed race but no better than that, and the principals will need to progress again if they're to figure in a higher grade; the pace was sound, possibly to the detriment of those that set it, while the fourth and fifth would've finished closer but for meeting trouble.

TAJAANUS (IRE) whose last run is easily excused, put up a borderline useful effort to come out on top, seeing out the extra 1f really strongly; mid-division, headway 2f out, stayed on to lead final 50 yds; she'll need to improve again to figure in pattern company but has further potential.

BILLESDON BROOK back on turf, continues in good heart, doing best of those ridden close up in a race run at a good gallop; handy, led 2f out, caught well inside final 1f.

SO HI SOCIETY (IRE) had no problem with the longer trip and ran at least as well as previously, likely to have finished a little more than a length closer but for being squeezed out late on; mid-division, challenged 2f out, every chance entering final 1f, held when snatched up final 50 yds.

CAMPION upped in trip, ran badly, more to it than the stiffness of her task; raced off the pace, ridden over 2f out, soon beaten.
