looks on a handy mark, going the right way now, this her best effort so far and shaped well to boot; in touch, travelled as well as any, chased leaders approaching final 1f, kept on; she's one to be interested in for a similar low-grade sprint.

All 17 ran.

Winning Owner: Racegoers Club Owners Group

Time: 58.61s

Overrounds: Industry SP 123%, Betfair SP 97.4%

With 17 runners this was a reasonably competitive class 6 sprint and, whilst it's probably not notably strong form, there are a few that showed enough to think they can pick up a similar low-grade affair at some stage this season,

CANDLELIGHT (IRE) could hardly have shown any less on previous couple of outings but returned to form from out of the blue to open her account, showing improvement; prominent, led entering final 1f, responded well; overall record suggests that she's uncertain to reproduce this form next time.

BELLE NELLIE (IRE) looks on a handy mark, going the right way now, this her best effort so far and shaped well to boot; in touch, travelled as well as any, chased leaders approaching final 1f, kept on; she's one to be interested in for a similar low-grade sprint.

MCLOVIN RIVERDANCE making handicap debut, improved after 5 months off and it seemed to be despite the 2f shorter trip; mid-division, headway under pressure over 1f out, closed all the way to the line; should be suited by further than 5f and is likely to progress further.

WINN LILY making handicap debut, produced best effort to date; chased leaders, outpaced halfway, stuck to task; starting from a low base and may do better still.

MIDNIGHT DESTINY (IRE) ran creditably but is one of the most exposed of these and didn't look straightforward; close up, led halfway, hung left, headed entering final 1f, one paced.

LADY CORDIE was inconvenienced by the 1f shorter trip on handicap debut, not seen to best effect; slowly into stride, headway after halfway, finished with running left, found the test inadequate; will be suited by a return to 6f and is still unexposed.

LYDIATE LADY wasn't in same form as when successful last time; led until halfway, beaten approaching final 1f, no extra.

RAINBOW ORSE won a race that was very hard to assess at Musselburgh and failed to repeat that effort on handicap debut; close up, weakened approaching final 1f.

WIGGLE shaped as if needing run on first outing since leaving Tim Pitt after 8 months off; chased leaders, weakened over 1f out, not unduly punished.

PACNGO shaped as if needing run after 8 months off; chased leaders, weakened final 1f, not knocked about; hinted at better to come a couple of times last year and next run should reveal more.

U THINK UR FUNNY (IRE) failed to build on promise of last run; slowly into stride, never going pace, made no impression.

LADY ZODIAC (IRE) was well held on first outing since leaving Andrew Balding after 9 months off but the run is best overlooked; mid-division, hampered halfway, soon beaten.

OLYMPIC CHARM temperament getting the better of him; struggling soon after halfway, looked awkward, never landed a blow; best treated with caution.

KINLOCH PRIDE again showed little; slowly into stride, never travelling well, always behind.

DISUSHE STAR remains with little form of note; mid-division, struggling halfway, soon beaten.

JACKSONFIRE is yet to show any ability; typically raced lazily, always behind.

RYEDALE MIST failed to come on for recent run; always behind.
