followed up from last time, producing a big career best to win by so far, is clearly thriving on her racing this year; broke well, soon led, quickened clear early in straight, kept up to work, made all; had plenty in her favour here but sure to go well again while in this kind of form.

was weighted to reverse the placings with Gran Canaria Queen from when they met at Chester, this a pointer to how much that mare has progressed, no match for her here, but shaping as if in form herself; held up, driven over 2f out, switched early in straight, ran on.

A one-sided handicap, Gran Canaria Queen dominating from start to finish and she's clearly a much-improved mare for all the tactics she adopted usually bear fruit around here.

GRAN CANARIA QUEEN followed up from last time, producing a big career best to win by so far, is clearly thriving on her racing this year; broke well, soon led, quickened clear early in straight, kept up to work, made all; had plenty in her favour here but sure to go well again while in this kind of form.

SPIRAEA ran at least as well as last time, particularly given she was not seen to best effect; held up, shaken up over 2f out, not clear run early in straight, switched, ran on late, caught further back than ideal.

TUMBLEWIND was weighted to reverse the placings with Gran Canaria Queen from when they met at Chester, this a pointer to how much that mare has progressed, no match for her here, but shaping as if in form herself; held up, driven over 2f out, switched early in straight, ran on.

JAMESBO'S GIRL wasn't in same form as last time, the stable on the whole not firing on all cylinders at present; mid-field, driven over 2f out, one paced.

RURAL CELEBRATION was back at a more realistic level but again ran below form, has a bit to prove as to whether she retains all her ability having been off for a long while prior to her reappearance; in touch, shaken up soon after halfway, one paced.

TEA GOWN (IRE) again finished well held; dropped out, pushed along over 2f out, not quicken; something to prove at present.

MAMBO PARADISE produced a rare below-par effort; chased leader, but struggling from soon after halfway to keep up, weakened early in straight; she'll bounce back before long, like so many from the yard do.

AUGUSTA ADA had looked on the way back at Doncaster and it's easy to put a line through this run; held up, pushed along over 2f out, badly hampered early in straight, not recover.
