resumed winning ways back down in trip, this performance at least as good as her previous efforts over fences (including when runner-up to Grey Dawning at Warwick); chased leader, jumped well, pushed along after 3 out, produced to lead last, kept up to work; she's most likeable and remains the type who'll be suited by a good-quality handicap over this distance and beyond.

upped in trip, was able to bag an uncontested lead and found only one too good again, another useful sort on this occasion; raced clear, reduced advantage circuit out, ridden approaching 2 out, headed last, not quicken.

down in grade, failed to meet expectations over the longest trip she's encountered, even in a race that developed only from the home turn; in touch, again jumped right, effort when awkward 3 out, held next.

underperformed returned to chasing/a longer trip, a stronger gallop likely to have been beneficial; raced off the pace, crept closer 4 out, pushed along early in straight, left behind from 2 out.

A lack of numbers but it was a good-quality renewal, a pair from either side of the Irish Sea with form in graded company pulling a little way clear in an event that unfolded only from approaching the straight.
