is stoutly bred on the dam side and benefited from both this 1f longer trip and the switch to a more galloping track as she improved to get off the mark on handicap debut; prominent, headway over 2f out, led entering final 1f, tackled final 100 yds, kept on gamely; she's likely to stay further than 1m.

is more exposed than most of these and maybe didn't improve as much as you might initially think in beating all bar Rasima comfortably, but it was her best ever effort, close to defying a mark still 7 lb higher than she last won off, and on this occasion there's no knocking her attitude; held up, headway under pressure 2f out, challenged inside final 1f, kept on and looked willing; she isn't sure to be in the same form next time, though.

shaped as if still in good form, worth a bit of extra credit on the day as she wasn't given the best of rides, left poorly placed; in touch, not settle fully, shuffled back 3f out, came wide, stayed on inside final 1f and took third late on.

didn't quite get home over the extra 1f and shaped as if still in good form, although a 5 lb rise for Beverley looks harsh enough given the form isn't working out; made running, shaken up over 2f out, headed entering final 1f, no extra.

has been handed a stiff-looking mark, neither of her wins all that solid (both came in slowly-run races), and she lost her unbeaten record; held up, headway out wide 3f out, every chance 2f out, no extra.

All 7 ran. Race Distance Adjustment: +12 yds

Time: 1m 43.82s Closing Sectional: (3.00f): 34.70s (107.6%)

Some in-form fillies in here but they didn't look a well-treated bunch and that the exposed runner-up went so close is probably an indication that we're dealing with ordinary form.

RASIMA is stoutly bred on the dam side and benefited from both this 1f longer trip and the switch to a more galloping track as she improved to get off the mark on handicap debut; prominent, headway over 2f out, led entering final 1f, tackled final 100 yds, kept on gamely; she's likely to stay further than 1m.

DADDIES GIRL (IRE) is more exposed than most of these and maybe didn't improve as much as you might initially think in beating all bar Rasima comfortably, but it was her best ever effort, close to defying a mark still 7 lb higher than she last won off, and on this occasion there's no knocking her attitude; held up, headway under pressure 2f out, challenged inside final 1f, kept on and looked willing; she isn't sure to be in the same form next time, though.

FABULOUS RED shaped as if still in good form, worth a bit of extra credit on the day as she wasn't given the best of rides, left poorly placed; in touch, not settle fully, shuffled back 3f out, came wide, stayed on inside final 1f and took third late on.

ARABIAN JAZZ (IRE) didn't quite get home over the extra 1f and shaped as if still in good form, although a 5 lb rise for Beverley looks harsh enough given the form isn't working out; made running, shaken up over 2f out, headed entering final 1f, no extra.

CAIYA has been handed a stiff-looking mark, neither of her wins all that solid (both came in slowly-run races), and she lost her unbeaten record; held up, headway out wide 3f out, every chance 2f out, no extra.

VERANDAH who was tongue tied, has quickly become disappointing, her attitude seemingly having got the better of her (best treated with caution); tracked pace, pulled too hard, ridden 3f out, carried head awkwardly, not run on.

LINE HOUSE ran no sort of race on turf debut, weakening right out of it having raced close up.
