followed up from last time to register course win number 8; held up, ridden after 3 out, chased leader early in straight, challenged between last 2, switched approaching last, asserted run-in, responded well; hasn't been in this sort of form for years, but his mark will now reflect that.

Not a deep race for the money but certainly a result that makes sense, the winner confirming recent course form with the second, well suited by coming off a strong pace.

TAMARILLO GROVE (IRE) followed up from last time to register course win number 8; held up, ridden after 3 out, chased leader early in straight, challenged between last 2, switched approaching last, asserted run-in, responded well; hasn't been in this sort of form for years, but his mark will now reflect that.
