is now unbeaten in 6 starts since her debut, scoring at the first attempt at the highest level, and she is going to be a force to be reckoned with in all the best fillies races for the rest of the campaign, for all that the favourite wasn't at her best; tracked pace, shaken up over 2f out, led final 50 yds, pushed out.

has gained her 2 most notable victories on the Rowley Mile and ran as well as she ever has on her first start on the July course, turning the tables on the favourite from the Queen Anne; waited with, travelled well, effort over 1f out, kept on, took second final 50 yds; she'll presumably be aimed at the Sun Chariot again in the autumn.

stood out on the form of her second in the Queen Anne, but she was unable to repeat that effort, most likely just not ideally suited by making her own running, though perhaps had she gone faster in front it might have helped; led, travelled well, ridden over 1f out, headed final 50 yds, no extra close home; she's best judged on her previous form and will likely bounce back quickly.

back up in trip, stepped up on her run at Ascot, not far off her best, coming from further back than the 3 that beat her and doing about all she could in the circumstances; held up, travelled well, effort over 1f out, forced to switch final 1f, kept on final 100 yds.

was closely matched with the winner from Ascot, but a race run at a very different tempo didn't suit her nearly so well and she couldn't repeat that form; waited with, shaken up over 2f out, outpaced soon after, not persevered with once held.

Non Runners: MAGIC WAND (IRE).

Winning Owner: Mr Hamdan Al Maktoum

Time: 1m 40.14s Closing Sectional: (3.00f): 34.85s (107.8%)

Overrounds: Industry SP 111%, Betfair SP 100%

Just the 6 runners, Magic Wand an absentee due to the ground, the 3-y-o generation essentially missing, and the race delveoped into a tactical affair, essentially a sprint from 2f out, the favourite having to make her own running and not at her best, for all that she was headed only late on, the first 4 covered by a length, a relatively cautious view of the form best, though that still puts the winner's effort on a par with most recent winners, Alpha Centauri the stand out in recent runnings.
