is thriving currently and defied a penalty to follow up from last time, his lead diminishing late on but it's well worth nothing that this was his first win at 6f and he's been rated considerably higher than this in the past; mid-field, took strong hold, headway over 1f out, led final 1f, always holding on; should continue to give a good account.

A fairly useful handcap and a result that makes plenty of sense, the winner thriving recently and there's plenty of substance to those that filled the frame behind him.

MONDAMMEJ is thriving currently and defied a penalty to follow up from last time, his lead diminishing late on but it's well worth nothing that this was his first win at 6f and he's been rated considerably higher than this in the past; mid-field, took strong hold, headway over 1f out, led final 1f, always holding on; should continue to give a good account.

PALS BATTALION (IRE) missed out on the C&D hat trick only narrowly to a thriving rival; held up, pushed along over 1f out, headway when switched final 1f, stayed on; sure to be of interest again.

BRIGHT (IRE) wasted no time getting back on track, chasing home a couple of bang-in-form rivals; held up, pushed along 2f out, headway 1f out, kept on.

DARING LEGEND was a winner here last year and ran respectably after 5 months off; mid-field, pushed along 2f out, headway 1f out, effort flattened out; likely to be better for the run.

AIRMAN (IRE) was too free reverting to front-running tactics; led until over 1f out, weakened final 1f.

TRUE PROMISE well backed, was below form without an obvious excuse this time; prominent, led briefly 2f out, weakened last ½f.

HOW IMPRESSIVE (IRE) is struggling for form at present and threatened only briefly back down in trip, though was reported to have lost a shoe; mid-field, headway 2f out, weakened 1f out.

THE FIXER (IRE) ran badly; prominent, raced freely, weakened 2f out.
