had seemed to have his limitations exposed in Group company last year but making his handicap debut after 6 months off, showed improved form to resume winning ways in quite impressive fashion; held up, travelled well, good headway 2f out, hung left, led inside final 1f, driven out.

is being kept busy and wasted no time getting back to form, this at least as well as he's ever performed in fact despite leaving the impression that slightly further is probably his optimum; mid-field, ridden before halfway, led over 2f out, headed inside final 1f, kept on; he's tough.

matched previous form, having no easy task in a handicap like this off top-weight, but leaving the impression there is perhaps a better performance in him under the right circumstances, seeming just to need this after 6 weeks off, and this could tee him up nicely for the 3-y-o Final on Good Friday for which he is now qualified; held up, switched over 2f out, headway over 1f out, effort flattened out.

fully deserves his 10 lb higher mark than when winning over C&D last time, wasn't disgraced and is better than able to show here, racing closer to the pace than ideal in a well-run contest; close up, pushed along over 2f out, carried left 1f out, not quicken.

A good race for these 3-y-os, the form of the principals useful, the first 2 coming from different paths, Unabated improving in a handicap for the first time having last been seen in pattern company while Letmestopyouthere is already a battle-hardened handicap veteran; the pace was strong, contributing to a course record, the leaders arguably overdoing things a shade.
