had a standout chance at the weights and capitalised on the drop in grade, justifying market support reverted to usual hold up tactics, now 2-2 over C&D with both wins being at her best; steadied at the start, patiently ridden, headway on bridle under 2f out, led under pressure 1f out, eased clear; the Challenge Stakes is her reported next target and she'll go there with very strong claims if in this sort of form.

On paper it looked an up-to-scratch renewal of this listed contest, which included the winners of the past 2 Hungerford Stakes and it was last year's victor who got the job done in style, bouncing right back to her best and sealing matters instantly when asked, though of the remainder, only the runner-up and an outsider in fourth truly showed their form, which casts doubts over the solidity.

SACRED had a standout chance at the weights and capitalised on the drop in grade, justifying market support reverted to usual hold up tactics, now 2-2 over C&D with both wins being at her best; steadied at the start, patiently ridden, headway on bridle under 2f out, led under pressure 1f out, eased clear; the Challenge Stakes is her reported next target and she'll go there with very strong claims if in this sort of form.
