The fact that Latest Exhibition was able to hand a sound beating to the highly touted Andy Dufresne despite making a significant error down the back, coupled with the proximity of the tenderly-handled third, suggests this is form to tread carefully with for now.

LATEST EXHIBITION (IRE) caused something of a surprise and did well on the face of it given the error he made in the back straight, suited as expected by the step up in trip; tracked pace, bad mistake (lost back legs briefly) sixth, pressed leader home turn, challenged 3 out, edged ahead approaching last, stayed on well; this isn't solid form but he's a likeable type.

ANDY DUFRESNE (IRE) one of the most exciting novice hurdlers on these shores, lost his unbeaten record with no obvious excuse, though he was hanging left after making a rare jumping error 3 out and it wouldn't be a huge surprise if something were to come to light in the coming days; led, travelled best, joined home turn, untidy 3 out (jumped well otherwise), hung left between last 2, one paced run-in; given previous impressions, he should be able to get back on the up sooner rather than later (remains with plenty of potential).

CONFLATED (IRE) seemed to excel himself up in grade, especially as he wasn't given a hard time (stablemate of the favourite); waited with, outpaced between 3 out and 2 out, stayed on late.

SIXSHOOTER (IRE) failed to repeat last effort, his jumping not good enough at the moment for this sort of grade, not making any glaring individual errors but ponderous throughout and dropping away after 3 out.
