wasted no time getting back to form but still didn't jump all that well; disputed lead, not always fluent, lost place when slow second, mistake 5 out, upsides next, went on after 3 out, in command last, ridden out; there's obviously more substance to this piece of form than his win in a match at Exeter but it still looks weak for a 0-135 and his continued lack of fluency is likely to find him out in other events.

All 6 ran. Fences: 13. Race Distance Adjustment: +40 yds

Winning Owner: Mr Terry Warner

Time: 3m 54.9s Closing Sectional: (2.20f): 33.30s (97.2%)

A useful handicap but the winner's and particularly the third's jumping wasn't great and casts doubts over the strength of the form.
