is well worth another chance at this sort of level, rather too rough around the edges - perhaps rusty as well back from 10 weeks off - to cope with a race with no hiding place; pushed along early, off pace, effort out wide from 2f out, stayed on, finished with running left; she remains with potential.

The pace was swift from the start in an open listed event but this sharp track meant it didn't pay to be too far back, with the winner getting first run on such as the second, fourth and fifth after getting to the pace-setting Flaming Moon in the straight.

LADY WANNABE (IRE) capitalised on the drop in grade following some windmill tilting to start the year to land her second listed prize, no improvement required in a race that went well for her; settled in touch, effort entering straight, led entering final 1f, stayed on well, better placed than most.

NJORD (IRE) is better than this, his handicap form well up to listed level, one of a few just not seen to best effect by getting behind early; raced off the pace, pushed along before straight, late headway.

DALVEY looks to have stalled for now, no improvement back on turf after 10 weeks off; tracked pace, shaken up home turn, hung right, left behind gradually.

SAGRADA FAMILIA faced a stiffer task in this grade and didn't help herself, either; raced freely, led briefly early, chased leader, ridden 2f out, carried head awkwardly, no response.

TOO SOON TO PANIC (IRE) isn't progressing at present, excuses hard to find after 6 weeks off; mid-division, ridden approaching straight, one paced.

CELESTIAL OBJECT (IRE) without the headgear this time, added to a patchy record; raced off the pace, ridden before straight, no response 2f out.
