resumed winning ways, in much calmer waters than of late, while the empahsis on speed was in her favour over this trip; held up, had to wait for gap to fully open from under 2f out, quickened to lead final 50 yds; this was her first ever run on all-weather and she's got the tools to win more races on this surface.

had every chance back on all-weather the way this developed and couldn't quite take full advantage; dictated, tackled over 2f out, headed final 100 yds, very much had the run of the race.

ran creditably whilst leaving the impression that such a slow gallop wasn't really in her favour; chased leader until past halfway, shuffled back a bit soon after, challenged out wide 2f out, every chance briefly inside final 1f, kept on; she's got quite a stout pedigree and shapes as if a well-run 1½m will be right up her street.

shaped better than the distance beaten suggests but the way she tied up late on after the pace had been so slow is a slight concern; third, went prominent soon after halfway, challenged over 2f out, every chance until 1f out, no extra late on.

A very tightly-knit fillies handicap on paper and that's exactly how it panned out, all 4 still with every chance 1f out after the pace had been notably slow.

JEWEL IN MY CROWN resumed winning ways, in much calmer waters than of late, while the empahsis on speed was in her favour over this trip; held up, had to wait for gap to fully open from under 2f out, quickened to lead final 50 yds; this was her first ever run on all-weather and she's got the tools to win more races on this surface.
